Reiki
Reiki is the Japanses word for Universal Life Force Energy. It is an ancient method of healing that uses this energy to restore internal harmony and balance to the body and mind. Reiki is a gentle non-invasive treatment and deeply relaxing. The client lies fully clothed while the Therapists’ hands are gently placed on or above different energy centres’ of the body known as chakras. It can help to ease symptoms of minor ailments and bring the body back into balance.

Back Exfoliation and Deep Tissue Massage – 45 mins £30
Giving a hard to reach area a cleanse, deep exfoliation then followed by a firm massage releasing tension and leaving the skin soft and fresh.
