What do Jan Marini products do?

Peels - 40% and 70% Biogylcolic
The Jan Marini Peel is a professional glycolic acid peel system that can only be performed in-house by trained professionals. The 70% strength can be administered by Registered Nurses or Doctors. The peel allows controllable and predictable removal of surface skin cells and stimulating the skin to appear younger and fresher.
The peels have very little if any downtime and can be performed within a 30minute appointment. It usually takes 4-6 treatments at 2-3 week intervals to achieve the desired effect.
What skin types can be treated with Jan Marini?
The peels are suitable for all skin types including black and asian skin. It increases hydration and suppleness and is also used for treating irregular skin tones (mottling or pigmentation) and acne.
Glycolic Acid is derived from sugar cane and is therefore a natural derivitive. There have been no cases of serious side effects reported but occasionally, there may be some redness - which is normal.
Why can't I buy Jan Marini on the High Street?
Jan Marini products are only available from trained skin care professionals, dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and beauticians in selected salons and spas. Jan Marini products are known as cosmeceuticals - positioned between over the counter cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.
