What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a healing art that has been practiced by the ancient civilizations such as those of China, India and Egypt.
The feet contain reflex areas, which correspond to organs and systems in the rest of the body. By gently applying pressure and compression techniques with the hands, the therapist can detect imbalances and blockages of energy in these areas. Reflexology helps to unblock these energy pathways and so aides the body to balance itself.
