About The Laser Clinic.
Meet the team...

Carol is the Clinic Director and has worked in the field of aesthetics since 2001. Carol holds the BTEC Award in Laser and IPL applications - the only nationally recognised qualification of its kind.
Ann is our Clinical Manager at The Laser Clinic. As a Registered Nurse, Ann also holds the BTEC award in Laser and IPL applications. Ann is qualified in BioskinJetting and microdermabrasion. Ann worked for the NHS for nearly 30yrs and now works part time for the Prospect Hospice.
Hannah is a Registered Nurse and works at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon as well as the Laser Clinic. Hannah qualified in 2007 after studying at Oxford Brookes University. Hannah has passed her 'Core of Knowledge' training at the LCS Academy. Hannah also performs microdermabrasion.
Yvonne is a Registered Nurse and qualified in 1976. Yvonne left the NHS to join the Laser Clinic in 2009 and has passed her 'Core of Knowledge' training at the LCS Academy. Yvonne also performs Advanced Cosmetic Procedures and microdermabrasion.
Chris is a Registered Nurse and has a special interest in tattoo removal. Chris works at the Great Western Hospital in the A&E Department.
Claire is a Registered Nurse and is an experienced injector having built a strong reputation with a loyal following of clients returning for repeat treatments again and again! Claire works as a practice nurse and did her Botox and filler training in Harley Street, London.
Anya is our youngest member of the team and is our Saturday Receptionist. Anya takes bookings and prepares notes and ensures that the clinic is ready for the coming week - no mean feat!
Paula is our Administrative Manager and ensures the smooth running of appointments during the week. Although Paula is not a practitioner, Paula has attended training for all procedures and has even had a 'taste' of some of them so that she is very well informed to deal with enquiries regarding different treatments.
All our lasers are Class IV lasers and our nurses have all undertaken mandatory 'Core of Knowledge' training. The training ensures that the practitioner understands and is competent in the following:

· Treatment fundamentals - light-tissue interactions
· Hazards from equipment and laser/IPL beams
· Working safely in the laser/IPL Controlled Area
· Safety procedures, policies and safety management

We are located within Basepoint Business Centre, West Swindon. The centre is a pleasant modern complex, built on a fully landscaped site and affords easy access to Swindon town centre and J16 of the M4 motorway.
Facilities include a full time reception area and ample free parking. There is disabled access and disabled toilets.
